The acquisition of “meeting and conference services organized at the hotel” is carried out in the context of the implementation of the project entitled “Fishing – cross-border tourism opportunity / product and sustainable use of natural heritage and resources”, RO code BG 402, financed through the INTERREG VA Program Romania – Bulgaria.

Estimated value: According to the project budget, the total value of the services to be purchased is 5,400 Euro excluding VAT.
This acquisition is necessary for the organization of the Alexandria Meeting, an event where 27 people will participate.
Justification of the acquisition:
– According to the stated reasons, the acquisition of services is imperative to carry out in optimal conditions the activities specific to the project “Fishing – cross-border tourism opportunity / product and sustainable use of natural heritage and resources”, RO RO code BG 402;
– To date, no such services have been purchased;
– The direct procurement procedure was chosen due to the total value of the services that are to be purchased, which fall within the direct acquisition threshold, in accordance with the provisions of art. 7, paragraph (5) of Law no. 98/2016, respectively 135,060 lei without VAT, thus respecting the legal provisions of the MFE Order no. 1284/2016, amended by GEO 45/2016.
For the purchase of services, the DIRECT PURCHASE was chosen, so that the following operators were identified EDMA HOTEL, S.C STAR HOLIDAY & TOURS S.R.L. if BEST TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL S.R.L. to which the request for offer no. 15-17 / 03.09.2019 (exit no.)
EDMA HOTEL, replied on 04.09.2019, (registration no. 21 / 04.09.2019) having a price offer as follows:
Between September 5-7, 14 rooms with breakfast included, lunch, conference room in the location.
On the day of the conference we offer break coffees (soft drinks, coffee, pastry)
The price is 100 euros without VAT / pers (night). Total 6.426 euros with VAT, for 27 pers.
TOTAL = 6.426 Euro VAT included.

Following the analysis of the submitted offers, the winner of the EDMA HOTEL offer was designated, fulfilling all the minimum and mandatory requirements requested in the offer request and having the lowest price, offering a total price of 6,426 Euro VAT included, according to the contract no. 355 / 04.09.2019.
