The acquisition of “interpretation services” is carried out in the context of the implementation of the project entitled “Fishing – cross-border tourism opportunity / product and sustainable use of natural heritage and resources”, RO code BG 402, financed through the INTERREG V-A Romania-Bulgaria Program.

Estimated value: According to the project budget the total value of the services to be purchased is 1,200.00 Euro excluding VAT
The “interpretation services” are purchased for the event in Alexandria which will take place over 2 days.
Justification of the acquisition:
– According to the stated reasons, the acquisition of services is imperative to carry out in optimal conditions the activities specific to the project “Fishing – cross-border tourism opportunity / product and sustainable use of natural heritage and resources”, RO RO code BG 402;
– To date, no such services have been purchased;
– The direct procurement procedure was chosen due to the total value of the services that are to be purchased, which fall within the direct acquisition threshold, in accordance with the provisions of art. 7, paragraph (5) of Law no. 98/2016, the legal provisions of the MFE Order no. 1284/2016, amended by GEO 45/2016.
For the purchase of services, the DIRECT PURCHASE was chosen, so that the following Romanian-Bulgarian interpreter Evgeniya Petrova Karageorgieva-Stoyanova was identified, to whom the offer request no. 19 / 03.09.2019 (exit no.)
Evgeniya Petrova Karageorgieva-Stoyanova, replied on 03.09.2019, (registration no. 25 / 03.09.2019) having a price offer of 1200 euros without VAT.
Following the analysis of the submitted offer, the winner of the Evgeniya Petrova Karageorgieva- Stoyanova offer was nominated, fulfilling all the minimum and mandatory requirements requested in the tender request and having the lowest price, offering a total price of 1200 Euro VAT included, according to the contract no. 2 / 04.09.2019.
