In connection with the implementation of the activities under the project “Fisheries – cross-border opportunity / product and sustainable use of natural heritage and resources”, project code ROBG-402, Interreg VA Romania Bulgaria program on the grounds of Art. 3 of the PPA it is necessary to submit an offer according to the requirements of the Contracting Authority for a public procurement with the subject: “Organization of a cultural event under the project” Fisheries – cross-border opportunity / product and sustainable use of natural heritage and resources “, project code ROBG-402, etc A gram INTERREG V Romania Bulgaria ”

Description of the service / Technical specification /: Organization of a cultural event necessary for the implementation of the Fisheries – Cross-border Opportunity / Product and Sustainable Use of Natural Heritage and Resources project, project code ROBG-402, funded by the Interreg VA Romania Bulgaria program, as next: Holding a three-day art show in Calarasi, Romania, showing the traditions in the region. The contractor should show typical regional traditions, songs, dances and customs, some of them related to fisheries and / or culinary traditions related to fisheries.
Developing an event scenario;
Event technical support;
Supply of materials and other means of securing the event.
The event will be organized in the time range from 09.2019. to 10.2019
To comply with the activities carried out with the Copyright Act and the current normative acts in the field of culture and media legislation.
To comply with the legal requirements related to environmental protection by organizing the cleaning of the event area during and after the event.

How to apply: Each candidate is allowed to submit only one offer, subject to the requirements of this notice.

The offer must include the applicant’s name, UIC, contact details, signature and seal of the representative or his / her authorized person. The tenderer’s tender should provide a brief description of the activities / organization / in the execution of the contract, location, deadline for implementation.
When submitting a tender offer for the execution of the contract, the applicant should include all costs for the performance of the contract, including transportation and accommodation.

The maximum estimated value for the execution of the order is up to BGN 15,000.00 excluding VAT.
