The acquisition of “information material development services” is carried out in the context of the implementation of the project entitled “Fishing – cross-border tourism opportunity / product and sustainable use of natural heritage and resources” ROBG code – 402, financed by the INTERREG V-A Romania-Bulgaria Program.
By purchasing this type of service, it is ensured that the obligations arising from the financing contracts of the project, respectively the contract no. 98322 / 30.08.2018 and the contract no. 98324 / 30.08.2018, concluded between the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Administration and the “Living Nature” Foundation Calarasi.

Elaboration of the content for the tourist brochures related to the FISHNAT tour packages identified within the project;
Elaboration of the methodology for implementing FISHNAT tourism packages;
Elaboration of the informative material regarding the advantages of promoting FISHNAT tourism packages and assurance of readers at their presentation events;
Elaboration of the methodology for carrying out the FISHNAT Festival.
Total value of the services: EUR 29,750.00 with VAT included.
I should mention the fact that up to this date no procurement procedures have been organized for services, in accordance with the legal regulations regarding public procurement, Law 98/2016.
The DIRECT PURCHASE procedure was chosen due to the total value of the services that are to be purchased, the legal provisions of the MFE Order no. 1284/2016 and GEO. 45/2018.
The award criterion is the LOWEST PRICE.

Thus, the “Living Nature” Foundation Calarasi, as a beneficiary of the financing, following the analysis of the submitted offers, has acquired the services of “elaboration of informative materials” necessary to carry out and fulfill the obligations arising from the Financing Contracts no. 98322 / 30.08.2018 and no.98324 / 30.08.2018 concluded between the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Administration and the “Living Nature” Foundation Calarasi, as follows:
The services will be provided by SC ROCAVI CONSULTING SRL Bucuresti, based on the contract no. 332 / 16.06.2019 having the value of 113,350 RON without VAT.
The award criterion was the lowest price.
