Services for organizing events – press conferences of opening and closing project

The “Living Nature” Foundation Calarasi implements, within the INTERREG VA Romania-Bulgaria Program, the project “Fishing – cross-border tourist opportunity / product and sustainable use of natural heritage and resources”, ROBG code 402, co-financed by the European Union through the European Development Fund regional.
The Foundation “Living Nature” Calarasi, as beneficiary of the financing, will purchase “services for organizing events – press conferences of opening and closing project”, necessary in order to carry out and fulfill the obligations arising from the Financing Contracts no. 98322 / 30.10.2018 and no. 98324 / 30.10.2018 concluded between the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Administration and the “Living Nature” Foundation Calarasi.

The services we are going to acquire refer to the organization of the two press conferences in Calarasi, in order to publicize this project and to promote the materials resulting from the project activities.
In this regard, we are interested to send us your price offer for the services of organizing events – press conferences of opening and closing project and the period of validity of the offer.
Who is interested in this acquisition will send the technical-value offer until 11.10.2018 by fax, e-mail or directly to the Foundation’s headquarters.
The award criterion will be the lowest price.

The “Living Nature” Foundation Calarasi, as beneficiary of the financing, following the analysis of the submitted offers, has acquired the service of “organizing events – press conferences” necessary in order to carry out and fulfill the obligations arising from the Financing Contracts no. 98322 / 30.08.2018 and no.98324 / 30.08.2018 concluded between the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Administration and the “Living Nature” Foundation Calarasi, as follows:

The services will be provided by SC MEDIA PRINT SRL Calarasi, based on the contract no. 144 / 22.10.2018 having the value of 1,000 euros excluding VAT.

The award criterion was the lowest price.
